When ordering 49 or less Hats

Placing a small order for custom beanies is easy. All you need to do is choose your beanie and upload your design using our product designer tool, simple. And with every order reviewed by a print expert, you can trust that your hats are in safe hands.

How to place a bulk order of 50+

If you're looking to place a bulk order of 50 or more beanies, simply Request a Quote and we’ll provide a detailed estimate. You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager, and we’ll create a professional mockup to give you a preview of your design before production starts. We won’t print anything until you’re 100% happy with the design and layout.

How much do custom beanies cost?

Depending on the quantity you require and the complexity of your design, the price of a custom hat will vary. If ordering a single unit, prices can be higher, especially for embroidery. However, if ordering a larger volume prices can be as low as £3.08 + VAT (£3.70 inc VAT).

Does pricing change based on the quantity?

When buying a single embroidered beanie, you might notice that the cost per product drops significantly when ordering 50 or even 500. You may wonder why this happens. The truth is, several factors influence the pricing, such as setup time, materials, and resources. The setup costs are the same whether you’re ordering 1 or 500 beanies, but larger orders spread these costs more efficiently across the items. Each order is entirely unique, requiring custom threads, administration, and premium-quality materials like Madeira Threads. Our prices are reflective of the market leading embroidery machinery, digitisation and threads that we use to ensure the highest quality, as a result, we’re trusted by leading brands worldwide.

What personalised Beanie brands do you stock?

At A.M. Custom Clothing we stock hundreds of brands, however, some of the more popular choices include embroidered Beechfield beanies and Thinsulate beanies.

Do you do personalised bobble hats?

Custom bobble hats are certainly something we can do for you. For woolly bobble hats, embroidery is the best way to apply your logo. 

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes, if you’re ordering more than 50 custom beanies you will be able to get a better price. Typically the more you order the lower the price per unit. If you’re looking to make a bulk order, please request a quote.

Do you personalise beanies in the UK?

We’re a small tight knit team based here in the UK. Despite our small size, we’re pretty mighty, with production facilities in the UK and Europe. No matter where you are on the planet we can help with your custom beanies.

Do you offer custom beanie printing?

We offer a range of high-quality print methods for hats, including screen printing, transfer printing, and DTF. However, for beanies printing isn’t typically recommended for most styles. The thick weave of beanie fabrics doesn’t lend itself well to fine details or sharp prints, unlike materials with a tighter weave, such as those found in caps or hats.

If you’re looking to customise beanies, embroidery is usually the best choice for achieving a polished and professional finish that complements the fabric’s texture.
