creen printing is perfect for bulk orders of 50+ items with simple logos or text, offering fast turnaround and retail-quality results. For smaller orders or detailed designs, vinyl (CAD cut) and transfer printing are ideal for bold colours and precise detail.
Not sure which method is best? Don't worry, our expert team combined with our market leading technology will ensure you get the right print method for your order.
For simple designs like logos, embroidery is an excellent choice for custom sportswear, providing a professional and long-lasting finish. While printing may be more cost-effective for smaller orders, embroidery becomes the more economical option for larger quantities.
We use market-leading machinery and premium Madeira threads to ensure the highest quality and durability in every piece. Plus, there’s no minimum order—whether you need one item or thousands, we’ve got you covered.

We use a process called dye sublimation for our bespoke sportswear, enabling full coverage printing on garments, ensuring prints extend right up to the seams. This process creates a finish that feels as soft as the fabric itself, making it popular for football shirts, rugby kits, running vests, and esports teamwear.
This method is a cost-effective solution for larger orders, with a minimum of 25 products. The lead time is typically 3-8 weeks on sublimation sportswear to cater for the bespoke nature of production. If you need a faster turnaround time or smaller quantity, we'd recommend standard custom printing.
Placing a small order for custom sportswear is easy. Simply choose your item and upload your design using our product designer tool. It’s quick and straightforward, and with every order reviewed by a print expert, you can trust that your sportswear items are in safe hands.
If you're looking to place a bulk order of 50 or more sportswear items, simply Request a Quote and we’ll handle the rest. You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager, and we'll provide a professional mockup to give you a clear preview of your design before production begins. We won’t proceed with printing until you're completely satisfied with the design and layout.
For our standard personalised sportswear, there is no minimum order requirement.
For sublimation sportswear, which features all-over print coverage, we typically require a minimum order of 25 products. In some cases, this minimum may be higher depending on the complexity of the artwork and specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of production, one-off samples are usually not available. However, we can provide photographic examples and references from previous projects.
If you need a smaller order or have a tight deadline, we recommend using our online shop. While all-over printing is not available for these items, most products have no minimum order, making them ideal for individual athletes.
When buying screen printed, DTF printed or embroidered sportswear you’ll likely be using one of our off-the-shelf products that may contain manufacturer branding in the neck area - however, there will generally be no external branding promoting the manufacturer or us.
We have production facilities in both the UK and overseas. This enables us to be one of the most flexible custom sportswear manufactures in the UK.
The most suitable facility for the production of your sportswear will depend on a few variables such as your deadline, budget and design requirements.
