How to place a bulk order of 50+

If you're looking to place a bulk order of 50 or more sustainable workwear items, simply Request a Quote and we’ll handle the rest. You'll be assigned a dedicated account manager, and we'll provide a professional mockup to give you a clear preview of your design before production begins. We won’t proceed with printing until you're completely satisfied with the design and layout.

With A.M. Custom Clothing you can go fully circular with your workwear. Not only do we offer garments made from recycled fabrics, we also offer a complete recycling service. Our recycling service allows you to return your workwear at the end of it's life to us and have it securely recycled. We're able to recycle almost everything we sell from PPE to organic T-shirts, sweatshirts to softshell jackets. If you can wear it, we can probably recycle it.

How detailed can an embroidered logo be?

The level of intricacy that can be achieved with embroidery is down to two primary factors: the quality of the embroidery digitisation, and the quality of the machinery used.

What size should my logo be on a shirt?

If you’re looking for a left breast logo, then we recommend having your artwork 70-110mm wide, depending on how complex it is. On more intricate designs or ones with small text, a larger size will help us to capture more of those finer details. It will depend on exactly how you want to customise your uniform, but we can help if you have any questions.

Do you do sustainable workwear near me?

We have a number of production sites across the UK, ensuring we’re as local as possible to our customers. So whether you need sustainable workwear in Glasgow, London, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester or anywhere in the UK for that matter, we can help.

Can I order blank/plain sustainable workwear?

All of our products can be purchased blank or with your logo applied to them. Whether you need blank eco-friendly work clothes to go under aprons in a restaurant, or unbranded T-shirts for multiple use cases, we can help.

Which is better - print or embroidery?

Both embroidery and print are great for personalised workwear, but certain items favor one method over the other.

Embroidery works best for caps, hats, beanies, and fleece jackets, where print doesn’t adhere well. It’s durable and provides a professional finish for these materials. However, for waterproof jackets, print is preferable as embroidery can puncture the fabric. Hi-vis vests and lightweight T-shirts also benefit from print, offering better visibility and comfort.

In terms of cost, print is more economical for small orders, while embroidery can be more cost-effective for larger, multi-colored designs. For single-color designs, print is usually the cheaper option.

Do you offer storage and fulfilment?

If you want to benefit from the economies of scale that come with a bulk order, but don't want to have to store large volumes of workwear we can help. We offer storage and fulfilment options, allowing you to have stock available, customised with your branding accessible as and when you need it.
