Placing a small order for custom workwear is simple. Just select your item and upload your design using our easy-to-use product designer tool. Every order is reviewed by a print expert, ensuring your workwear is in expert hands.

How to place a bulk order of 50+

For bulk orders of 50 or more sportswear items, simply Request a Quote and we’ll take care of the rest. A dedicated account manager will be assigned to you, and we'll provide a professional mockup to preview your design before production starts. We ensure no printing begins until you're fully satisfied with the design and layout.

At A.M. Custom Clothing, we help you go fully circular with your workwear. Alongside offering garments made from recycled fabrics, we provide a full recycling service. When your workwear reaches the end of its life, simply return it to us for secure recycling. Which is better for workwear - print or embroidery?

Both embroidery and print are great for personalised workwear, but certain items favor one method over the other.

Embroidery works best for caps, hats, beanies, and fleece jackets, where print doesn’t adhere well. It’s durable and provides a professional finish for these materials. However, for waterproof jackets, print is preferable as embroidery can puncture the fabric. Hi-vis vests and lightweight T-shirts also benefit from print, offering better visibility and comfort.

In terms of cost, print is more economical for small orders, while embroidery can be more cost-effective for larger, multi-colored designs. For single-color designs, print is usually the cheaper option.

How much does embroidered workwear cost?

Embroidery for workwear can start at as little as £1.88 + VAT per item when ordering 100 or more products. However, for a single item with a larger design, the cost can be significantly higher. In general, the more you order, the better the price you’ll get. Even ordering just 5-10 items can make a noticeable difference in cost.

What’s the cost difference between adding a logo vs. text to custom workwear? 

The cost of embroidering logos and text is usually similar. The main factor that affects price is the size of the design. A small logo will be less expensive than large text across the back of a polo shirt. Whether you're adding your company logo, job titles, or names to your workwear, our online product designer makes it easy. Simply upload your logo or type the text you want to be embroidered.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, if you’re ordering more than 50 custom items you will be able to get a better price. Typically the more you order, the lower the price per unit. If you’re looking to make a bulk order, please get in touch.
